Tuesday 27th December 2011

AM

The morning is yours. For the keen skier there’s opportunity for a couple of hours on the slopes. Many may prefer a walk around the shops or some pampering before the big event. Be sure to have bite of lunch before the ceremony as the main wedding meal will be in the evening and there may well be a few drinks to soak up in between.

What should I wear?

SuitProbably at the top of our Frequently Asked Questions. Please try and dress to impress as you would for any wedding, but prioritise keeping warm. During the day, unless there is a complete blizzard, we intend to spend a fair deal of time outside enjoying the beautiful scenery. Try to think of suit/dress with warm boots, smart coat, hat, gloves, scarf etc. In the evening you might want to remove some layers and even change shoes if needs be. We will organise shoe storage for anyone wishing to do this!

Wedding Ceremony

Rings

In keeping with Austrian tradition the wedding ceremony will take place in the Town hall. This is easy to find in the centre of town [Show on mapshow on map]. Please make your own way there for a 2pm start.

You've been framed!

CameraAfter the ceremony there will be an opportunity for some action photographs in wedding attire. This will be on the nursery slopes so all guests are welcome to join in but please don't feel obliged to. If you're interested let us know and we will organise a way of transporting/storing of your ski equipment.

Raise a glass on the slopes

Raise your glass!

After the photoshoot we will be heading up the mountain for a Champagne toast and wedding cake. Sit back have a few drinks and watch the late afternoon skiiers head home down the famous Hahnenkam World Cup Down Hill Run.

Wedding Dinner
